140ml Soda Water

6 Scottish Raspberries

Step 1

Fill a Highball glass with ice.

Step 2

Add 4 Scottish Raspberries and muddle them to unlock flavour

Step 3

Add The Famous Grouse and top with soda water.

Step 4

Add remaining Raspberries atop to garnish
