Everyone’s favourite winter warmer, with the honey notes in the syrup and whisky deliciously rounded out by a twist of cinnamon.

50ml The Famous Grouse

15 ml Lemon Juice

15 ml Honey Syrup

2 dashes of Bitters (optional)

Hot Water

Orange Twist

Cinnamon Stick

Equipment

1 Hot Toddy Glass

3 minutes prep time

Use a heat resistant glass

Step 2

Add 50ml The Famous Grouse

Step 3

Add 15ml lemon juice

Step 4

Add 15ml honey syrup (1:1 honey & water)

2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Top with hot water
