35ml The Famous Grouse Sherry Cask Finish

20ml Lemon juice

20ml Madagascan vanilla syrup

100ml Dry sparkling wine

Soda water

Ice

Equipment

1 Wine glass

Cocktail shaker

Step 1

Combine The Famous Grouse Sherry Cask Finish, lemon juice and Madagascan vanilla syrup in a cocktail shaker

Step 2

Double strain into a wine glass filled with ice

Step 3

Top with 100ml of sparkling wine, and soda water
