12.5ml Lemon juice

3 Muddled strawberries

5ml Sugar syrup

Ginger beer

Equipment

1 Highball glass

Cocktail shaker







3 minutes prep time

Step 1

Add ice to glass and stir to chill

Step 2

Add non-carbonated ingredients to shaker

Step 3

Shake for 10 seconds, then fine strain into glass

Step 4

Top with ginger beer, and garnish with a strawberry and mint
